A Bee Movie
Many of you will know that we recently ran our very own sewing bee. What you may not know, is that we capture the whole thing on video, and made a wee movie all about it. Drum roll please.
Piecing The Generations
Some people learn to sew in a class; some by teaching themselves; and for some it's a skill that has been passed on from generation to generation. For Cassandra it was her own Grandmother, or 'Grams', who first introduced her to a sewing machine and ignited a passion in her that still exists to this day. And now, 25 years on, we have the privilege of having them both teach a class together at The Stitchery.
